1) Present group posters to the class 2) Review the 6 Components of Health 3) Reflection: Think about how the 6 components are present in your life. Are they balanced? What could you do to make them more balanced? 4) Write a letter to yourself for you to read again in December. Mention each of the aspects below: -How you are currently feeling about being a new student at ORHS. -How you are currently feeling about being in this Health class. -Answer the question: Do you feel your life is balanced among the 6 components of health? Why or why not? -Three goals you want to accomplish by December-they can relate to any aspect of your life.
